About Screen Free Mind®
Hello, my name is Jana Sultani, and I am the founder of Screen Free Mind®: Early Years.
I hold a Masters in Adult Education (Distinction) and have experience as a teacher, heritage school director, a trustee and a governor.
Screen Free Mind® provides early years training and preschool staff CPD focused on supporting practitioners with the challenges of screen time in early years settings.
Based in Cambridge, we help nurseries and preschools build confidence, balance digital tools with play, and put children’s wellbeing first.
