Use the advantages of digital technologies without being trapped by them. You are in power, deciding how much time you spend online and how.
The first and only in-person workshop of this kind in the UK.
In 3 hours, you will understand the whole picture. You will leave with a personalised and realistic plan you created for yourself. The workshop is dense with information. No fluff. It was developed over more than 4 years by a person with a Master’s degree in Adult Education, a diploma in Counselling, and A-levels in Psychology backed up by experience with designing and facilitating many learning sessions. It was created primarily using books (no superficial repetitive information from the internet). The time for the ScreenFreeMind workshop to be finally released and available to the public is finally here.
This workshop is for those who have decided to take control of their time into their own hands, who no longer want to be consumers of online content that is being served to them while their data are being extracted and used to benefit already rich companies, and for those who prefer to use their time for what they truly value.
Screen Free Mind® workshops are exclusively facilitated face-to-face, so you will get the maximum out of the session. This is aligned with the ethos of spending less time online and more time having real-life experiences.
· Feeling more powerful.
Because you will do what you consider beneficial. Not what big tech wants you to do.
· Being more authentic.
Because you will dive into your own resources more often than into the internet.
· Being more successful at your work.
As you will be able to focus your attention and energy where it is most needed to succeed.
· Being ahead of others.
As you will be able to focus better without all the distractions.
· Better physical health.
You might move more instead of sitting in your favourite armchair with your phone in your hand.
· Improved sleep.
You will likely no longer expose yourself to blue light emitting from your devices before you sleep.
· Improved general well-being.
Living your life in harmony with your values might result in feeling overwhelmingly joyful.
· Being more sociable.
Because the impression of already having too many friends might disappear and the need to connect in real life might become more prominent.
· Doing more with your children.
Alias, the things you always wanted to do with them but couldn’t because your time and energy were consumed by being online.
· Spending more time outdoors.
Instead of watching it all on the screens.
· Putting others off their screens.
This one is difficult, mainly for the significant others.
· Being a great role model to your children/family.
They might want to join.
· Being less impulsive.
Things in real life don’t come at one click; when the mind gets this, it will naturally become more patient.
· Being more compassionate.
You might stop blaming yourself (or others) for wasting so much time online because you will understand that it’s not your fault.
· Having too much free time.
You probably already know what to do with those extra hours.
If you are asking questions such as:
Or if you are simply fed up with browsing and scrolling and feel you need motivation and information...
… then this workshop was designed with you in mind, and I recommend you to come along.
